These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, features, and content on the Jitawi Center platform. By using our website or app, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms & Conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of our members in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall take precedence. Jitawi Center reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. If you are located in a country or jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law, please refrain from using this platform.
Important: Registration by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. Providing false information during age verification will result in immediate account termination and any remaining funds may be forfeited.
To register at Jitawi Center, you must provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Identity verification may require a National ID number or passport number.
Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited. The same action will be taken if multiple accounts are opened from the same device or IP address.
As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we may request your ID, a selfie, and proof of address. Withdrawals may be put on hold until this is completed, so we strongly recommend finishing your KYC as soon as possible.
Jitawi Center supports deposits via popular mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳500, and funds are typically credited to your account within minutes.
You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit. If a deposit is made from someone else's payment account, the funds will be returned and your account may be placed under investigation.
If your balance hasn't been credited after a successful deposit, please contact support with your transaction ID. This is usually resolved within 30 minutes.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. Processing may take slightly longer on weekends or public holidays.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and the account must be registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification. For security purposes, additional verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.
To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting these requirements may result in the bonus being voided.
Jitawi Center offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including a welcome bonus, deposit bonus, cashback, and special event offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page.
Wagering requirements are typically 5 to 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place between ৳5,000 and ৳10,000 in bets before you can withdraw.
If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus on the account in question will be forfeited and the account will be placed under investigation.
Once a bet is confirmed at Jitawi Center, it cannot be cancelled. We recommend making your decisions carefully before placing any bet. For pre-match bets, wagers are accepted up until the match begins.
Odds change rapidly in live betting. If a bet is successfully placed before an odds change, it will be settled at those original odds. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Jitawi Center reserves the right to void it.

Jitawi Center takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. Your information is used solely for platform operations and security — it is never sold or shared with third parties.

Jitawi Center is not liable for service disruptions caused by technical issues, internet outages, or other unavoidable circumstances. However, we will make every effort to ensure a fair resolution in such situations.
Jitawi Center is not liable for any money lost through betting. Betting is a risk-based activity and members participate at their own discretion. We always recommend betting within a set budget.
Jitawi Center may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised, and users will be notified by email for significant changes.
We reserve the right to close any account without notice if a breach of these terms is established. Any legitimate balance will be returned, though bonus-related funds may be forfeited.
